Our Policies

Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Booking can only be done online so please do not attend one of our sessions unless you have booked. Our standard ticket includes entry for one adult and one child (0-4 years old), to attend a Coffee & Cuddles session on your selected date. If you would like to bring along another adult- such as a second parent, grandma or friend, we'd love to have them join us! Just make sure you select 'add an additional adult' when completing your booking form. You are more than welcome to bring any siblings, however we are unable to accommodate siblings over the age of 4. Please select 'add a sibling' when completing the booking form. Please note: extra adults are not able to bring additional children- they will need to create their own booking. Cancellations All bookings are non-refundable so please double check your diary before booking. Changes to Sessions On rare occasions, we may need to reschedule a session. If this happens, an alternative date will be offered.
