To help everything run smoothly, please take a moment to read our booking terms below.
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Booking can only be done online so please do not attend one of our sessions unless you have booked. This ticket includes entry for one adult and one child (0-4 years old), to attend a Coffee & Cuddles session on your selected date. The session is 2 hours long so that there is no pressure if you need to fit it around nap time or the school run! Come and leave at anytime during your time slot, depending on what works for you and your family!
If you would like to bring along another adult- such as a second parent, grandma or friend, we'd love to have them join us! Just make sure you select 'add an additional adult' when completing your booking form.
You are more than welcome to bring any siblings, however we are unable to accommodate siblings over the age of 4. Please select 'add a sibling' when completing the booking form. Please note: extra adults are not able to bring additional children- they will need to create their own booking.
Cancellations
All bookings are non-refundable so please double check your diary before booking.
Supervision
All children must be supervised by the responsible adult at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Health & Well-being
If you or your little one are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you stay at home and join us another time. Please note that if you or your child has a sickness bug, we have a 48 hour no-attendance policy.
Food & Drink
All adults will receive a drink and a slice of cake to enjoy during the session. If you would like to bring a snack or drink along for your little ones, please ensure these do not contain any nuts. Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies that the adults attending may have & we will do our best to cater for your needs!
Hot drinks will only be served in a lidded cup. Please bring your own if you would prefer. You accept full responsibility for the safe handling of hot drinks around children.
Toys & Resources
Our toys and resources are provided for enjoyment and are used at your own risk. While we take care to provide a safe environment, Coffee & Cuddles cannot accept responsibility for any injuries that may occur during play. We kindly ask that children use all equipment appropriately and with adult supervision at all times.
Liability
While we create a safe and welcoming space, Coffee & Cuddles cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury during your visit.
Changes to Sessions
On rare occasions, we may need to reschedule a session. If this happens, an alternative date will be offered.
